NotyLibrary: Organize Research Files

Organize projects, samples, images, data and saved tool sessions in NotyLibrary. Keep research inputs and outputs connected as you work

The problem it solves

Source images, processed outputs, data files, and analysis sessions lose meaning when they are stored without their project and sample context.

Who it is for

  • Researchers managing images and results across several experiments
  • Laboratories organizing shared projects and samples
  • NotyLab users who need to reopen saved tool sessions and reuse inputs

How it works

  1. Create or select a project and define the sample that owns the work.
  2. Add source images and data with clear names and keep them separate from processed outputs.
  3. Open supported assets in a Tool, then return saved results and sessions to the same research context.

Output you can keep

An organized NotyLab library of projects, samples, source assets, outputs, and supported saved sessions.

Limitations to check

  • Storage and feature availability can depend on the active plan.
  • Meaningful organization still depends on consistent project, sample, and file naming.
  • Before reuse, verify that calibration and metadata belong to the selected image.

Features

Projects and samples

Organize research assets around the work they belong to.

Shared inputs

Choose library images from supported analysis and figure tools.

Saved work

Find outputs and sessions when you need to continue or compare results.
