Organize Research Images by Project and Sample

Keep original images, sample context and saved outputs together in NotyLibrary so you can find the right material when continuing an analysis.

Start with a useful naming system

Use project and sample names that distinguish the experiment, material or condition. Separate source images from processed outputs in their names so they are easy to recognize.

Organize a working set

  1. Create or select the project and sample context.
  2. Add the relevant images and data files.
  3. Confirm each asset belongs to the intended sample.
  4. Save analysis outputs and tool sessions with clear names.
  5. Return to the library when selecting an input for the next task.

Preserve the measurement context

Check attached calibration when an image moves into another tool. Retain originals and sample details with the outputs so that future comparisons use the correct inputs.
